Panasonic Wins CHOICE Award for Most Recommended Brand

CHOICE, the independent consumer advocacy group, has named Panasonic as the most consistently recommended brand in its inaugural awards celebrating the best in goods and services.

Based on being the most recommended brand in CHOICE tests over the past 50 years Panasonic received the CHOICE Heritage Award for consistent delivery of quality and performance across a range of household and entertainment products.

The award also marked CHOICE’s 50th anniversary offering consumers independent advice.

Nick Rains Hits the Beach for LUMIX Life

With the LUMIX Life Focus on Australia project launching April 1st LUMIX photographers from all around Australia are busy taking photos capturing what they see as the heart and soul of Australia.
Amongst them is the celebrated photographer and LUMIX Life pro shooter Nick Rains who, with the help of his GH1, was on hand to capture all the action of the Surf Lifesaving Championship at Kurrawa Beach.

Panasonic to release two new LUMIX G Micro System models as Australian enthusiasm builds

Introducing the LUMIX DMC-G2 and DMC-G10, the latest models in the LUMIX G Micro System line-up of new-generation digital interchangeable lens system cameras.

Expanding on the successful LUMIX G Series, the DMC-G2 and DMC-G10 are based on the Micro Four Thirds System standard with dramatic downsizing of the body, achieved by adopting a mirrorless design.
