As the Official Worldwide Olympic Partner in the Audio and Visual Equipment category for both the London 2012 Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games, we are committed to providing the latest in technology to ensure the events run as smoothly as possible.
To achieve this aim, we will be providing a full line-up of audio-visual equipment for the Paralympic Games, through cooperation with the London Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), and the Olympic Broadcasting Services London (OBSL). This equipment includes:
- LED large screen display systems
- Professional audio systems
- Flat screen TVs
- Digital video cameras
- Broadcast equipment to support the staging of the Paralympic Games
We will also supply our high-definition (Full HD) video equipment to the competition venues and the International Broadcast Centre, so that the London 2012 Paralympic Games will be broadcast completely in Full HD format. Approximately 4,200 athletes from 160 countries and regions will compete in 20 sports and 471 medal events, and our AV systems will deliver the passion and excitement of the Games to spectators around the world.
Through our support for international sporting events such as the Paralympic Games, we aim to contribute to the promotion of world peace and greater worldwide acceptance of people with disabilities.
