Does the KX work for a VOIP connection as well as a conventional landline connection?
do you put a sim card in this phone for 3g access? What size and type of of sim card is required
Great idea! it is the greatest idea, long time coming, still we are early days.I have had many cordless land line phones and you get limited quality restricted to the home. Don’t go outside your doors too much interference, a real pain.

Hi Malcom, You can use it as a Wi-Fi extender for your iPad but you won’t be able to connect the iPad as a handset.
Hi Neil, a SIM Card is required for 3G/GSM access. You will need a standard size 3G capable SIM Card.
The optional handset for the KX-PRX120, the KX-PRXA10, is this an option for the 150 so that you don’t have to worry about the extra GSM part as it would only be a home unit.
Hi Geoff, the KX-PRXA10 is the additional handset for another model, compatible to the KX-PRX150AZB is the additional handset model: KX-PRXA15.
Can you upload mp3 or .wav files to the answering machine on this phone?
