YourGolfPro is committed to developing the game of golf by making it more enjoyable and more accessible for all Australians. The network brings together PGA professionals from across Australia and working together they pool their knowledge, expertise and resources to provide free junior clinics to ensure the continued growth of the game.

Many of these clinics take place in the remotest corners of Australia. When YourGolfPro decided to shoot material publicizing their work in with children in the Northern Territory, they contracted cinematographer Carlos Teixeira to shoot film over video over several days on location at Uluru. Using his Panasonic his AJ-HPX3100G P2HD camera and DMC-GH4 DSLM camera with 35-100mm lens*, Teixeira created a stunning portfolio of imagery for the YourGolfPro website.

*Carlos has a 12-35mm lens but loaned a 35-100m from us because of the big distances in the outback.

“Filming in central Australia is one of the most challenging environments for video equipment in the world. There are extreme high and low temperatures and fine red dust for equipment to deal with. Both the AJ-HPX3100 and DMC-GH4 worked flawlessly in the harsh conditions and the imagery from both cameras was cut together for a great end result.” – Mathew Alexander, Product Marketing Manager, Broadcast and Professional Video, Panasonic Australia.
