Hey guys, great promo and can’t wait for surround sound experience to compliment great viewing. I am having some trouble registering the serial number in the application process (step 3). It keeps telling me “Please enter the Product Serial Number in the format of 2 letters followed by 7 numbers.” I have done this and made sure it is correct but still no joy. Anybody else having similar problems? Any solutions??
The Serial Number validation doesn’t seem to work – it won’t accept a serial number that begins with QD for a TH-P50U20A
I purchased the TV today and tried to fill out the bonus offer online, but it keeps telling me to neter my serial number of 2 letters and 7 digits – which i am entering (i have the whole neighborhood here giving me advice on how to type this in) and the stupid web site keeps saying the above error.
Any advice ?
Nice website – a bit more testing is required…
I can’t even complain in the blog as it keeps saying “duplicate comment”
Yeah right… How painful is this site…

I have applied for the claim, followed the instructions. It has a tracking status of invalid. It says that the invalidity reasons and rectification process instructions has been mailed to me. I haven’t received it.. it has been 7 days..
I have clamed the BT 230 after purchasing a 50v20A and noted in the specks on you web site that the BT230 has a wireless rear speakers system, where as on the blog it states that
“The SC-BT230 offers rear wireless speaker capability with purchase of the optional SH-FX71 Wireless Kit for Rear Speakers”
I would like to seek some clarification..
Cheers
Hi, I have a TH-P58V10A Plasma, which I purchased just before Christmas, will or can this unit be upgraded to show 3D

Hi Gautam,
A member of the customer service team will be in contact regarding this.
Kind Regards,
Team Panasonic
My TV model is THP50V20
How can i connect my wireless internet with my t.v
When is your next promotion as I want to purchase a new 54 in plazma
Want to go with Panasonic but may be persuaded by Sony yet.
Hi Brad
I am sorry for the confusion. When we use the term “Wireless Rear Speaker System – Yes” this means it has wireless rear speaker capability. However it also states on the BT230 that it is capable with the optional purchase of the SH-FX71 which is correct.
Many Thanks,
Team Panasonic
I am ready to buy a V series 50 inch myself.
Panasonic.. time to get another one of this promo out again before we begin shifting to other brands because we cannot wait to upgrade.
Hi Tuan,
By using a wireless USB dongle; either the Panasonic TY-FB10WPR or Netgear WNDA3100.
Many Thanks,
Team Panasonic
Found it!! Right in front of me – got confused with the number on the TV stand.
Promotions seem to be a big con to me…bought my TV during last promotion and as soon as that ended, TV dropped in price by $500. So effectively, I paid for my FREE products.
