For an old couple that has some dificulty coping with modern technology we both find this neww piece of equipment very easy to use. We are so very pleased with our purchase.
The one hand set that controls all three pieces of equipment is just the best.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[dealing with panasonic and AWA in perth i have come to the conclusion that no-one really cares about after sales and service therefore i have no alternative but to take the matter further. i have approached panasonic who have hung up on me and AWA is blaming panasonic for the issues i face. i am appalled that panasonic and AWA in particular talks down to their customers .. unless a replacement panel with the same features as the one i initially bought is supplied within 7 days, i have no alternative but to seek legal advice.]]></description>

to get home and find it would not play on my blueray player as it needed upgrading as this panasonics way of stopping piracie...
