As our records show we have upgraded your TV to a better HDMI model which you should take full advantage of. We apologies if this is an inconvenience to you for whatever reason but with the advancement of technology and new features with our products evolving we no longer stock the old unit, neither does the retailer. I have owned a Panasonic TH-P42G10A Plasma HD Tv for just over a year now, and bought a Panasonic Blu-Ray Home Theatre System to compliment it. Both purchases can be rated as the best I’ve ever made. Simple, fully featured, high quality design, and a pleasure to watch and listen to. Well done Panasonic !

Recently purchased the blue ray dvd recorder to link to our panasonic TV and home entertainment system.
For an old couple that has some dificulty coping with modern technology we both find this neww piece of equipment very easy to use. We are so very pleased with our purchase.
The one hand set that controls all three pieces of equipment is just the best.

dealing with panasonic and AWA in perth i have come to the conclusion that no-one really cares about after sales and service therefore i have no alternative but to take the matter further. i have approached panasonic who have hung up on me and AWA is blaming panasonic for the issues i face. i am appalled that panasonic and AWA in particular talks down to their customers .. unless a replacement panel with the same features as the one i initially bought is supplied within 7 days, i have no alternative but to seek legal advice.

I have a viera TV and a blueray
and recently went hired a Blueray DVD
to get home and find it would not play on my blueray player as it needed upgrading as this panasonics way of stopping piracie…
I was not advised of this when I purchased the product and feel that maybe panasonic should automatically mail or let you request free upgrade as I am not one of theses computer buffs

My LCD Viera Television receiver is a THL 37U20A –which is not on your product list. I also have a DMR EZ 48V combo recorder /player but when I tried to enter comments my password would not work.

Would love to have written a review but that does not appear to be possible.
