I have also just received an Email from panasonic regarding the summer TV promotion, I have been informed that my paperwork did not arrive in time so I will not be receiving my 50cm TV. I sent the paperwork as Registered mail on January 9th as panasonic recommend on their promotional website. I cannot believe that a registered letter takes over 10 days to reach Sydney when a standard mail delivery will reach Sydney in a maximum of 2 working days. Sound very suspicious to me ? Will no longer deal with panasonic or Australia post and I am going to take this to the Ombudsman. Robert
