Hi Paul, you should be able to purchase a replacement remote from your local spare parts distributor. To locate your closest store, please visit http://www.panasonic.com.au/Support/Customer+support/Spare+parts+distributors

I have a DMP-BDT110, dlna client have never worked for me, works on my TV though... all movies playing.
The Panasonic DMP-BDT110 Firmware 1.80 DLNA Client show my dlna server(windows vista ult.) I can browse the folders, and I can see the movies. Problem is they are all showing up as "Time 0:00 Rec time -:--" and when I press Play on it return an error "Cannot play". Music works, Pictures works, so all good but no DLNA Video :( Anybody having any tips on how to cast a spell on that shady player?

Hi. I have a xw350 HDD recorder which allows me to record off air tv programmes in many different speeds, DR, XP, SP, LP etc. I recently helped a friend install his new xw385 recorder but cannot record off air tv programmes in anything other than DR mode. Is this normal? He does not wish to record from the AV inputs which would allow him to change the recording speed. Please advise as he would like to be able to record all his off air tv programmes in LP mode which give vastly increased recording times. Thanks. Martin Ruffell.
