2014 has been a great year for Panasonic’s innovative range of air conditioners, with our energy-saving marvels picking up two of the biggest awards in town – and both based on consumer opinion!
In February, the Panasonic air conditioner range was honoured with the Product of the Year (POTY) award. POTY is Australia’s largest consumer survey of its kind, with more than 16,000 household shoppers surveyed by global research company Nielsen to determine the winners. The Panasonic Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner was voted by Australian consumers as Air Conditioning Product of the Year 2014.

Then in March, Panasonic air conditioners topped the industry again, winning the 2014 Canstar Blue “Most Satisfied Customers” award in the Air Conditioning category.
Canstar Blue surveyed air conditioner owners from across the nation, asking them how satisfied they were with their purchase and Panasonic achieved the maximum five star rating in more key criteria than any other air conditioner manufacturer. We were awarded five stars by Australian consumers for Value for Money, Reliability, After Sales Service, Energy Efficiency, Appearance, and Overall Satisfaction.
