Con: - The supplied and “updated” communication software, does “NOT” operate or communicate, with the personal computer, or camera. - The personal computer will go into ‘lock up” doing new “hardware” searching. Questions: - Where and / or when, will Panasonic release a software program, with the correct software drivers, so one can down load their files, from the camera, to their personal computer ? - Why is there “no” Panasonic technical help, to revolve this issue, with other Windows versions ? . .
