Hi Muzza,

If the remote code has been changed then when you press any button related to the recorder functions either DVD1, DVD2, or DVD3 could be displayed. If this is the case, press and hold the applicable number (displayed) and the OK button together for at least 5secs. This will set the code to the one displayed.

Only the top righthand corner buttons work, which is tv only functionality. For some reason and DVD recorder functionality won’t work, I have to switch power on from unit, however the remote allows me to turn on tv. I changed batteries, no luck and followed the trouble- shooting in my instructions, no luck. Have pushed the power button and DVD 1, 2, 3 etc no display comes up
