I currently use cannon Ixus but i will be very interested to switch to the new LUMIX if the price is right

We currently use the LUMIX DMC-FS42 for many of our online pics. If this new model is better then it must be fantastic.

About time you started to get back to doing a professional camera. Your FZ range was starting to get better than the G series, and for a second tier range to be better than the top tier is not good. Just kindly get back to the slightly larger sizes of batteries and bring the battery back up. Losing 150 shots per battery for the sake of a slightly slimmer camera is just ridiculous. I love my G2, but I was disgusted by the changes to the dials, buttons, battery life, and the loss of the eye sensor on the G3. You just might have stopped me from changing over to the Olympus Pen range after all.
