Hi Daniel, in relation to the quality of the photos, it is difficult for us to comment on this, without knowing further information in relation to the conditions and the settings in which the camera was used in. In regards to the software, Page 38 of the OI for the Software (HD Writer HE 1.0) outlines how to delete files using the software. Alternatively you can delete them on the camera itself.]]></description>
