Hi Jennifer, try connecting manually instead of using quick connect - a word of warning you will need your IP address. If you would like someone to step you through this call 132600 and our customer care team will troubleshoot the problem with you. MCB

Hi Jim, first, remove the main plugs from the socket outlet. Then, gently wipe the surface of the display panel, cabinet, or pedestal using a soft cloth to clean the dirt or fingerprints. For stubborn dirt, dampen a soft cloth with clean water or diluted natural detergent (1 part detergent to 100 parts water.) Then, wring the cloth and wipe the surface. Finally, wipe away all moisture. Hope that helps! Cheers.

Great New Years present we had today when our 14 months old Panasonic 50" plasma tv won't turn on, red light blinks in cycles of 7. Which I have been reading on the Internet as the 7 blinks of death? This has made me lose faith in the once trusted Panasonic brand as this was the most recent tv we have purchased. My Samsung has been goin strong for 3 yrs, whilst my Sony has been going on strong for 2 and even our 60" lg which was purchased about 6-7 years ago has had no glitches. Seems like this problem has been a known problem by Panasonic for a longtime now and is still not rectified??
